What you will do
- Bring new clients in the Blue Colibri portfolio from the Hungary region
- Generate prospecting lists of decision-makers in target accounts using compliant and accurate contact data
- Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and networking with potential customers
- Building a great network in the region (including C-suite/directors)
- Follow up and engage with potential clients who have enquired about the company’s product or service
- Deliver relevant marketing content and materials to potential clients
- Initiate different actions to increase the engagement of potential clients
- Research the market to identify competitors, stakeholders, and new partnerships
- Follow up on existing contacts in our CRM to identify new sales leads
- Use LinkedIn, CRM, sales enablement tools
- Attend networking events and gather new contacts, meet with prospects
- You will get the chance to represent Blue Colibri at international conferences and trade fairs
Requirements
- Communicate clearly and stand out in being an active listener
- Enjoy creating connections with new people, easily understand their needs, and respond adequately
- Self-organized and thrive if you have a structured workday
- Understanding the customer needs & building trust
- Be comfortable with administrative tasks
- Be fluent in English
- Category B driving licence and car ownership
Advantage
- Experience working as an SDR or BDM in a B2B SaaS Tech Company
- Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Knowledge of Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Existing network among HR or Communications/ Marketing professionals regionally
