About the position
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who will play a key role in the comprehensive development and improvement of the Blue Colibri application's features. We are looking for a colleague who has already been involved in the design, development, and implementation of software features—ideally HR solutions—and is capable of independently carrying out the entire process from concept to implementation.
Yours tasks
- Blue Colibri app with end-to-end responsibility
- Mapping and analyzing user and customer needs
- Developing product development concepts and specifications
- Formulating user stories and acceptance criteria
- Working closely with the development, design, and customer support teams
- Introducing new features, testing them, and fine-tuning them based on feedback
- Shaping and prioritizing the product development roadmap
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager / in product development
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing software features
- Advantage: Experience with HR or internal communication software
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
- Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is an advantage
