For Béres, strengthening internal communication was a direct response to a real organizational need: connecting employees across locations, roles and working environments.
Before CsePPont, employees accessed information through different channels depending on their role. Office employees were easier to reach digitally, while production and location-based employees often relied on indirect communication formats such as printed materials and posters.
· Creating one shared internal communication space for blue- and white-collar employees
· Reducing the distance between locations and teams
· Moving from one-way announcements to more interactive communication
· Giving employees more opportunities to participate, respond and feel recognized
Béres launched CsePPont as a common digital space for the entire organization. The rollout was built around employee involvement, including a naming process and voting, making the platform part of the company culture from the beginning.
The platform enabled more interactive communication through News Feed content, quizzes, challenges, recognition cards and employee stories. It also created a more direct channel for leadership communication.
· 524 employees in the organization
· 79.1% downloads after the first month
· 60% white-collar and 40% blue-collar employee mix
· 2,500–3,000 recognition cards sent every month
· A quiz can activate up to 187 employees
The Béres story shows that internal communication is not only about delivering information. When the right digital platform is combined with creativity and leadership support, it can build recognition, participation and stronger community connection.
